Description: On the 150th anniversary of its first performance in Christiania (Oslo), Truro Choral Society and Truro Philharmonia present the seldom-heard choral version of Grieg's Incidental music to Ibsen's Peer Gynt, using the English translation by Beryl Foster, and featuring our Artist in Residence, Katherine Gregory, as Solveig,
Also featuring is Grieg's famous Piano Concerto in A minor, with soloist Stella Pendrous, and the 5-part version of one of Grieg's best known and beautiful songs, Våren (the Spring)..
